If you do not receive the items you have ordered within the time stated then please email us at or call us on 0333 5333 400.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will refund your money without question as long as the item is undamaged and in the original condition it was sent out.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or not working correctly faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods within 72 hours.
