Delivery & Faulty Goods Policy
Delivery
Orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) are processed without undue delay, typically on the same working day. Orders received on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
For UK mainland, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands, we use Royal Mail 48-hour standard service (unless otherwise stated). For other territories, we dispatch via standard Royal Mail International (or courier where specified). You may upgrade to faster delivery options at checkout.
Please allow up to 7 working days from dispatch for delivery, to account for postal delays or customs. If your goods have not arrived within this period, please contact us by email at sales@toolbuyer.co.uk or call 0333 5333 400.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods
If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, you must notify us by email within 72 hours of delivery, to sales@toolbuyer.co.uk, including your order number, a description of the issue, and photos showing the fault or damage.
Once approved, we will arrange a return for inspection and cover the return postage costs for defective or incorrectly shipped goods.
We warranty goods for **12 months** from the date of purchase. If a fault develops within this period (not due to misuse or damage in return transit), we will either repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.
Additional Information
- Do not return any goods before receiving return instructions from us.
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Return & Cancellation Policy / Refund Policy.
- All communications regarding delivery, returns or faults must be via **email only**, to preserve a clear audit trail.
- This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
