Delivery / Faulty Items
DELIVERY
Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay by one day after it is placed if it is placed Monday through Friday, except for UK bank holidays. If an order is placed on a UK bank holiday, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be processed the next working day.
Orders to be delivered within the UK, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, are dispatched on a standard 48-hour Royal Mail service unless otherwise stated. However, there is the option to upgrade delivery, and these prices are shown in the checkout.
Orders to be delivered outside the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are dispatched on a standard Royal Mail International service unless otherwise stated. However, there is the option to upgrade delivery, and these prices are shown in the checkout.
Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.
DELIVERY PROBLEMS
If you do not receive the items you have ordered within the time stated then please email us at sales@toolbuyer.co.uk or call us on 0333 5333 400.
SATISTACTION
We take our customers' satisfaction very seriously. Therefore, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately. If the purchase was made by mistake or you have changed your mind, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of goods as long as they are undamaged and unopened. However, please note that any postage costs incurred during the return will not be refunded.
FAULTY ITEMS
If an item is damaged or not working correctly, we must be notified within 72 hours. Rest assured, if the items are faulty, we will bear all the delivery costs associated with their return, subject to our approval.
Goods are only guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
