Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on toolbuyer.co.uk and forms part of the Terms and Conditions of First Point Midlands LTD. Please also read our Return & Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy and Guarantee & Warranty Policy.
1. Order Processing
- Orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding UK bank holidays) are processed without undue delay, typically the next working day.
- Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
2. UK Delivery Services & Prices
For UK deliveries (including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands) we primarily use Royal Mail services or a next-day courier as shown below.

Delivery time estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary during peak periods. If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us by email only at sales@toolbuyer.co.uk with your order number.
3. Rest of the World
International orders are sent via Royal Mail International or courier where specified.

- Transit times vary by destination and customs handling. Please allow additional time during peak seasons.
- Any local taxes, duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
4. Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Where a tracked service is selected, tracking details will be provided after dispatch.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 72 hours of delivery with photos so we can investigate and resolve promptly.
5. Delivery Address & Missed Deliveries
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete/incorrect addresses.
- If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may leave a card or instructions for redelivery/collection.
- Undeliverable parcels returned to us can be resent once we confirm the address and any additional postage due.
6. Packaging & Returns
We package orders securely. If you need to return an item, you must ensure it is well protected for transit (see the packaging duty in our Return & Cancellation Policy). Items damaged due to inadequate return packaging may be subject to deduction or refusal.
